i have been a remote working nomad for over a decade with a background in operations and the creative industry. freelancer, agency owner, and eventually program manager for agencies working with household names.
project management is one initiative with one finish line. program management is the bigger picture, ensuring all of your moving parts, timelines, and priorities are working together toward an organizations goals. my job was to make sure departments and teams of creatives delivered quality assets by their deadlines. now instead of doing that for brands, i do it for women.
that is why i built the muses realm, a place where ambitious women can tap into a like minded community, and it is why i offer one on one support, to be that dedicated person in the adjacent seat.
