welcome to the muses realm ("we," "us," "our"). by purchasing a pass or membership—or by accessing any part of our community—you agree to these terms.
access tiers
𖦹 taste of the realm — a free 10 day trial offering full access to the realm. no credit card required.
𖦹 membership — recurring subscription (monthly or annual). unlocks access to all live sessions and forums.
𖦹 incubation period — one-time payment to unlock 60-day activation giving full access to the realm containers and forums.
billing and renewal
we bill the credit card you provide at checkout.
memberships auto-renew on the calendar date of the original purchase (e.g., buy aug 10 → renew sep 10) . — monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year. prices may change and we will email at least 14 days before any increase. continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
cancellation
all membership changes and cancellation requests are handled personally by our team. to request a cancellation, visit the feedback and support tab in your left navigation inside the realm, select request account assistance from the dropdown, and share your request in the message field. our team will follow up within 48 hours.
realm membership monthly plan
we ask that members join with the intention of committing to at least 3 months as that is where the real shift happens. cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger refunds for the current billing period.
realm membership annual plan
cancellation stops future renewal charges.
access remains active through the end of the paid year
incubation period
as a one time payment there is no recurring charge to cancel.
access ends automatically after 60 days.
refunds

𖦹 realm membership annual — refunds available within 14 days of initial purchase.
𖦹 incubation period — refunds available within 7 days of purchase.
we are unable to issue refunds for unused time or upon plan termination after the refund window has passed.
community rules
all users must follow our published community guidelines. we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate those rules without refund.
our discretion
we reserve the right to refuse or remove any account, modify or discontinue features, and decide eligibility for promotions or price adjustments. all decisions are final at the muses realm’s sole discretion.
