rsvp for containers so they're booked directly into your schedule, and you know exactly when you'll be devoting time toward your business. that way you are pre-planning your focus instead of hoping you’ll make space for it.
intention
we open every call by naming what we're there to do, and close it by reporting back to each other. it's a small act, but it brings everything full circle, keeping you on task and doing what you said you would.
body doubling
presence creates progress. it's the same reason focusing at a coffee shop feels easier than your couch, this phenomenon is called body doubling. having someone else in proximity, even virtually, increases productivity.

i have spent over a decade building a career in marketing and project management while living across destinations from the foothills of the himalayas to caribbean surf towns. from the outside it looks like the dream. and in a lot of ways it is.
but what no one connects is how much of that disorientation comes down to doing it without the right structure or community around you. i learned that the hard way. freedom without structure is not really freedom. it is just quiet chaos.
the more i talked to other women, the more i realized this wasn’t just my experience. so many of us were navigating our work without the kind of rhythm and community that actually makes it sustainable.
so i built the muses realm, not just another membership but a cadence you can count on. a room full of intentional women who show up monday through friday to focus, connect, and move their work forward.
