logging in brings you to a private members space, think community board, curated resources, and an upcoming schedule, all in one place. from there you select the session you want to attend that day and step inside, cameras on, muted upon entry, ready to get things done.

each live container has a designated theme, some are deep focus silent sessions where any chatting is solely typed in the chat box, others like cowork & connect (our most popular) have moments with mics on to share wins and catch up.

beyond the core schedule, pop-up calls and workshops are added on but the foundation never changes.
