your energy and availability shift throughout the month and the containers are designed to reflect that. some weeks you may join us every day, others just twice. discipline here is not about rigidity, it is about consistency over time.

although we encourage you to be on time for the full time block, we understand that is not always possible. everyone is automatically muted upon entry so you can join late or leave early without disturbing anyone in the room.
